The main opportunity that I have exposed to working at Xelay is the opportunity to lead. Quite rapidly, you are thrust into a leadership position as the philosophy at Xelay is to learn by doing. I have been fortunate to have been challenged and stretched with leadership positions, management of a team, and lead point of contact for a client. Through those opportunities, I have experienced a few failures, but with the support of my team, I have turned into successes.
