Challenging. Rewarding. Amazing. Looking back on my work experiences before Xelay, I had never been pushed or had as high of expectations from my manager as well as the entire team. In this environment, I've honed and become more adept at utilizing the skills I had before, as well as arm myself with an entirely new set of skills that I had no idea I was capable of possessing.
Working at Xelay provides endless opportunities to learn. Since I started working here, I have constantly grown from working with others on hands on projects as well as consulting skills that are applicable beyond just the office.

In my current project, I have been working with executives from a leading non-profit organization to redefine its long-term research strategy. It's like lifting weights with a fitness coach. At first, you struggle to lift a small amount of weight and the soreness/pain associated with it can be discouraging. However, with the coach, you start to adjust, learn proper technique, replace bad habits with good ones, and finally you master that small amount of weight. Then you start to pursue bigger and heavier weights, and the cycle continues. On the way, you hit plateaus and even setbacks, but your coach is there to help you break through it. True accelerated growth comes once you embrace the constant struggle and recognize the pain and soreness as signs of progress.
Working at Xelay is exciting. Everything evolves at a pace that keeps everything interesting. Nothing, from projects and workstreams to snacks in the kitchen, is stale.

I feel fortunate to have started my career at Xelay right after college. In 18 months I learned things that may take me years to learn elsewhere (most likely I will never learn them elsewhere).
